Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) - Flemington | Northwest NJ Community Action Partnership (NORWESCAP)

The program assists low income individuals and families who reside in Somerset County and whose total household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Application/registration forms, current utility bills, income tax return, necessary documents, proof of address, proof of home ownership/rental lease, proof of household income, proof of income eligibility, Social Security card/number, telephone number.
