Eligibility

Available to individuals, who are blind, deaf-blind, or visually impaired if they:

Are determined eligible for CBVI services
Are at least 18 years of age
Are currently receiving Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services
Are referred to the JKTC by their VR counselor

Required documents

ID, proof of disability, Social Security card/number
