Eligibility

Available to individuals, who are blind, deaf-blind, or visually impaired if they:
  • Are determined eligible for CBVI services
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Are currently receiving Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services
  • Are referred to the JKTC by their VR counselor
