Available to individuals, who are blind, deaf-blind, or visually impaired if they:
- Are determined eligible for CBVI services
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are currently receiving Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services
- Are referred to the JKTC by their VR counselor
