Blind and visually impaired individuals, who are 22 years and older and reside in the service area.

Fees

If applicant has an income that is less than 300% of the poverty line, they can receive services for free. If an applicant's income is above 300% of the poverty line, the applicant can pay for services based on a sliding fee schedule.

Offers beginner and intermediate classes which cover the basics of ESL, focusing on identifying common objects and learning the English equivalent for the object, vocabulary and also spends the majority of class time on conducting basic conversations in English.
