Eligibility
Low-income individuals who are at or below 185% of the federal poverty guidelines; are receiving welfare assistance, such as WIC; or who have experienced a disaster, such as divorce, domestic violence, unusual expenses, or loss of employment. The disaster must be explained before receiving services.
