Eligibility
Open to individuals who are:
- Ages 60 or older;
- Homebound due to an accident, illness, or frailty;
- Unable to safely prepare meals or lack necessary skills;
- Lacking support from family, friends, neighbors, or health aides;
- A disabled dependent child who resides with A spouse of an eligible, older individual;
- A spouse of an eligible, older individual
