Open to families with children, ages 12 and under, who are in need.=
Required documents
Completed Family Request Form, proof of address, child's birth certificate

Website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Application process
Families requesting holiday toys must fill out a Family and Individual Request Form on the website by end of day November 17, 2025.
Applicants will receive a response in early December with distribution dates.
