Provides confidential peer support, crisis intervention, clinical assessments, and referrals for current New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) employees. Staffed by retired DCP&P employees trained as peer counselors and mental health professionals, the helpline assists workers experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, burnout, compassion fatigue, exhaustion, trauma, and other personal or work-related challenges.
