Provides various services for individuals re-integrating after time in the criminal justice system. Aims to reduce the likelihood of recidivism and relapse, and to increase the likelihood for continued success on parole supervision. Treatment starts with case assessments to build treatment plans designed around an individual's needs. Services include: cognitive behavioral intervention, motivational enhancement, relapse-prevention therapy, trauma-informed care, re-entry case management, substance abuse disorder services, cognitive and life skills training, housing assistance, family violence prevention, gang intervention, job readiness, employment assistance, and educational services.
