Eligibility
Open to all 11th grade students at participating high schools who meet criteria listed by the program in the service area
Required documents
Two most recent Federal 1040 tax returns, Proof of income if taxes are not filed, School transcripts, Standardized test scores, guidance counselor recommendations, Proof of citizenship or residency.
