Call to register and/or for information. Classes may take place at community sites located throughout Hunterdon County, once enough people have registered in the local area.

Provides a free, intensive, structured training program for treating and managing diabetes. Classes, held once per week for six weeks, focus on managing lifestyle behaviors and emotional well-being. Facilitated by trained leaders, potentially peer leaders with diabetes, the participative classes build mutual support and success, boosting participants' confidence in health management.

Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP)

Offering part the Diabetes Initiative managed by the NJ Department of Health, DSMP is for individuals who are newly diagnosed with Diabetes. For those want an intensive, structured training program to help them treat and manage the disease.
