Low-income individuals and families who reside within the County. Income, household size, and resources determine eligibility. Also available to individuals that just lost their unemployment benefits, unemployed or part-time workers, seniors, and people with disabilities who meet income standards.

Offers food assistance to families with low incomes to help them buy groceries through a benefits card. The card is accepted in most food retail stores and some farmers markets. 10/27/25: SNAP benefits loaded on your Families First EBT card before October 31, 2025 will be available after November 1.
