Guides youth and parents who've faced domestic violence to heal in a safe setting. Over 12-15 sessions, they explore managing anger and expressing emotions healthily. Therapists use proven methods to empower participants, boost confidence, and address trauma effects, aiming to develop coping skills, reduce trauma reactions, ease stress, enhance parenting, foster positive communication, and rebuild connections with the adult world.
