Area Agency on Aging, Office on Aging | Atlantic County Division of Intergenerational Services

Provides outreach, assessments and case management services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Referrals may include information for adult day care programs, support groups, transportation, home care, respite, senior centers and home delivered meals. Case manager can complete an home visit and, along with the resident and family, identify the needs and create a service plan to meet those needs.
