Service area
Advocates on behalf of adults with mental illness through support, education, and connections to community-based mental health and social services. Services include: mentoring and companionship for socialization, role modeling, and community support, direct advocacy for linking adults with existing mental health, entitlements, housing, medical, legal, physical, self-help, wellness, educational, and recreational services. Also provides group services for boarding homes and community-based locations, support, education, recreation, socialization, and advocacy; multicultural outreach to underserved populations and advocacy, support; and training for consumers of mental health services through advocacy in community-based mental health and community boards, committees, and task forces.
Providing organization
Provides service for children, adults and families affected by mental illness through support services, education, and advocacy. We are dedicated to increasing public awareness and understanding of mental health issues and enhancing mental health services.
