Offers counseling services for offenders, former offenders, the homeless, near homeless, working poor, and individuals with alcohol and/or substance abuse problems. Better Way Interim Counseling Services provide full access to Safe Harbor-Port of Refuge services, advocacy, needs assessment/case management, referrals, interim counseling, drug and alcohol abuse screening, group and individual counseling, information services, written referrals, self-help fellowship, and community rap groups.
