Operating as a free and confidential 24/7 hotline, the IME Addictions Access Center assists individuals seeking substance abuse treatment or information. Clinically trained telephone specialists educate, assist, and refer callers battling addiction, conducting assessments and financial screenings to determine suitable treatment options. Referrals are provided based on collected information, with the option of a warm transfer to treatment agencies if desired.
