Provides education, career development, and supportive services for women who are displaced homemakers or who are separated, divorced, widowed, or single heads of household, and delivers vocational counseling, job readiness training, interest and aptitude testing, job search assistance, computer training, life skills workshops, and community referrals to promote economic self‑sufficiency and independence.
