Provides community-based assistance, case management, and referral services to support individuals and families with legal, social, and basic‑needs concerns. Offers help completing legal and administrative documents related to divorce, housing, child support, and immigration matters. Assists with applications for Social Services and provides translation and interpreting services for court appearances.

Provides a wide variety of services to the Latino, Creole, Haitian, African-American, and Caucasian communities. Provides case management, translation/interpretation services, notary public, job readiness classes, employment placement assistance, rental and energy assistance, lead education, lead hazard reduction assistance in homes, advocacy and referral services. Additional services include English as a second language (ESL) classes, workshops, parenting classes, health classes, and nutrition classes.
