Application process
Call to speak to the receptionist for screening information on income eligibility and legal status. An appointment may be scheduled, if desired.
Fees
None for consultation with a certified application counselor.

Provides assistance with applying for health coverage. Trained and certified staff members can help individual consumers understand health coverage options, complete eligibility forms, and enroll in a plan through the health insurance marketplace. The NJ FamilyCare Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is also available to those who qualify.
