Eligibility
Open to adults, ages 18 or older, with a history of psychiatric hospital admissions for serious and persistent mental illness and impaired functioning who have been approved by the Division of Mental Health Services (DMHS). Eligible diagnoses include:
- Schizophrenia/other Psychotic Disorders;
- Schizoaffective Disorder;
- Major Depressive Disorders;
- Bipolar Disorders;
- Delusional Disorders
