Eligibility
Individuals must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible:
- Be HIV-positive
- Live in New Jersey
- Have limited income and/or meet specific income limits
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen
- Be clean and sober

Union County, NJ
Delivers free services to Union County residents living with HIV/AIDS, featuring a year-long transitional housing program for single, homeless men. The program provides extensive support, encompassing case management, substance abuse and mental health treatment, education, medication management, and employment assistance, all geared towards facilitating their transition to permanent housing. Furthermore, the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) initiative extends financial aid for rent, security deposits, and utilities to low-income, HIV-positive individuals at risk of homelessness.

Provides individuals, families, and other organizations with a of supportive and preventive social, health, capacity building, and community development services that are culturally and linguistically designed to reaffirm self-actualization and improve living standards for the community. Its programs include: preschool centers, transitional home for men living with HIV/AIDS, and counseling programs for those struggling with abuse and addiction.
