To be eligible for health coverage through the Health Insurance Individual Marketplace, clients:
- must live in the United States
- must be a U.S. citizen or national (or be lawfully present)
- can't be currently incarcerated

Birth certificate, ID with address, proof of citizenship, proof of immigration status (I-94), proof of income eligibility, Social Security card/number, W-2 form
